Experiential Events
Conversations – in Silence
These experiential events are part of my ongoing inquiry, New Ways to Break the Paradox of Modern Happiness, exploring how we slow down, reconnect, and rediscover what truly matters — in life, in work, and in how we relate to one another.
In 2026 and 2027, I develop experiential events that invite space for what we so rarely allow: Listening, reflection, and meaningful conversation about what truly matters — with a quiet mind.
April 15th:
Conversations – in Silence
New format: Listening – Reflection – Dialogue
This evening, you are invited to take your place lying down, with blankets and cushions, and listen to carefully selected audio excerpts from international bestsellers.
On the first evening, april 15, we will listen to conversations about joy between the Buddhist leader Dalai Lama and the South African Archbishop Desomond Tutu.
Afterwards, the space opens for conversation and reflection. Bread, fruit, and tea will be served. Fourteen days before each evening, you can find the theme for the session in Living Studio’s schedule. All audio excerpts from books will be in English.
The themes are selected in continuation of my project New Ways to Break the Paradox of Modern Happiness, 2026–2027.
I am open to ideas and collaborations on how we can together create the right atmosphere and framework for these conversations. You are welcome to write to: mail.sjensen@gmail.com.
As part of my project, I have received a special invitation to complete my next book in the Dalai Lama’s hometown in the Himalayan region of India. Experiences and reflections from this work will continuously be woven into the conversations.
The events are non-commercial in nature.
Earlier Workshops:
Off the mat, into your mind
— bringing the wisdom of yoga into your daily life
These workshop have now taken place. Sign up for newsletter to receive updates about upcoming workshops.
These workshops explored:
- How can you take better care of your thoughts and your brain in an ever-changing and often confusing world?
- Yoga can ground the body, calm the mind, and restore balance. But what happens when you step off the mat and back into everyday life?
- Through simple exercises, gentle movement, short talks, visualization, journaling, and group reflection, participants were invited to design their own personal practices.
If you are interested in a dialogue about creating a workshop in this format for your organization or community, I would love to hear from you.

30+ workshops delivered in 3 years. Eighty-eight percent of 110 employees said YES – they believe they can improve their work life immediately using the tools provided.
Despite billions invested in better work environments, well-being is heading in the wrong direction.
🔻 Sick leave is rising
🔻 Stress is spreading
🔻 86% doubt they can stay healthy throughout an entire career
🔻 Only 1 in 5 employees feels truly engaged at work
But…
📈 Research shows: Higher engagement = better well-being and lower stress.
📈 Each person can create real change – with simple, everyday tools.
It is not about fixing people. It is about understanding minds — and changing small things that matter. With a kind, curious look at how the brain reacts, how we behave, and how we communicate, your team gains new ways to boost engagement and mental health. It is hands-on, easy to apply – and rooted in solid science.
