Dear Brain – What can the wisdom of yoga really do for you?

Talks – Philosophy – Practice

Two experiential workshops at Living Studio – where real life meets real practice.  We bring together the timeless wisdom of Eastern traditions with the latest international knowledge in coaching and psychology – combining practices that have lasted for centuries with evidence-based tools for modern minds.

November 23rd:

Off the mat, into your mind

— bringing the wisdom of yoga into your daily life

You love your yoga practice – or you are just curious. Yoga can ground your body, calm your mind, and restore your balance. But what happens when you step off the mat and back into everyday life?

Our brains are constantly overloaded with information, data, and worries. Experts in psychology, coaching, and neuroscience agree: We’re under pressure, and it affects our well-being.

This workshop explores how to combine the timeless wisdom of Eastern traditions with the latest insights in coaching and psychology, giving you and your brain practical tools for everyday life.

Through simple excercises, gentle movement, short talks, visualization, journaling, and group reflection, you’ll be inspired to design your own practices that support your mind and well-being — placing a mindful guard at the gates of your brain.

January 14th:

Yoga for growth

— Letting go of worry, building inner strength

How can yoga practice and the timeless wisdom of Eastern traditions support not just your body, but your becoming — the person you are growing into?

How can you take better care of your thoughts and your brain in an ever-changing and often confusing world? In this workshop, we will explore these questions as a foundation for long-term personal growth and inner calm.

In this workshop I’ve been fortunate enough to gain special permission to share an exclusive excerpt from a best-selling audiobook by a highly successful British tech CEO — a leader who blends business, meditation, and spiritual insight.

We will reflect on how yoga can shape your mindset before, during, and after class — and how it aligns with insights from Harvard’s 80-year study on happiness and living a meaningful life.

The workshop will include simple movement, short talks, journaling, gentle group reflection, and visualization.

With simple exercises, honest conversations – and a surprise or two – we spark reflection, energy, and new perspectives on everyday work life

30+ workshops delivered in 3 years. Eighty-eight percent of 110 employees said YES – they believe they can improve their work life immediately using the tools provided.

Despite billions invested in better work environments, well-being is heading in the wrong direction.

🔻 Sick leave is rising
🔻 Stress is spreading
🔻 86% doubt they can stay healthy throughout an entire career
🔻 Only 1 in 5 employees feels truly engaged at work

But…

📈 Research shows: Higher engagement = better well-being and lower stress.
📈 Each person can create real change – with simple, everyday tools.

It is not about fixing people. It is about understanding minds — and changing small things that matter. With a kind, curious look at how the brain reacts, how we behave, and how we communicate, your team gains new ways to boost engagement and mental health. It is hands-on, easy to apply – and rooted in solid science.

Note: I don’t actively promote these workshops at the moment, yet I’m always open to meaningful collaborations with people and organizations I encounter along the way. If our paths cross, let’s explore what we can create together. First, there will be three simple questions you will need to answer “yes” to.

What People Say

★★★★★

“Funny and different. Practical tools we can actually use. So insightful about emotions and social awareness. I loved the shift from negative to positive. It really opened my eyes to how much we are driven by thoughts and reactions. I did not expect that. What a lovely experience!”
